1. Services
Bright Curb Home Services provides residential exterior painting, pressure washing, deck and fence staining, window washing, and related home services in the Atlanta Metro Area, Georgia. Service availability is subject to scheduling, weather conditions, and geographic location.
2. Service Requests and Quotes
Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a binding contract. Services are confirmed only upon written or verbal agreement of scope, pricing, and scheduling between Bright Curb Home Services and the customer.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
3. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required to schedule and confirm your service appointment
Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified at time of booking
Returned payments or chargebacks may result in additional fees and suspension of services
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits may be forfeited for cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment.
5. SMS / Text Message Communications
By providing your phone number on our website or via any intake form, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Bright Curb Home Services. These messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and promotional offers.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with us. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected].
Opting out of SMS messages will not affect your ability to receive services but may limit our ability to send appointment reminders and time-sensitive communications.
6. Warranties
Bright Curb Home Services stands behind the quality of our work. We offer a 3-year warranty on labor for exterior painting services. Warranty terms will be specified in your service agreement. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by weather events, improper customer maintenance, or pre-existing structural issues.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bright Curb Home Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Property Access and Conditions
By scheduling a service, you confirm that you have the authority to authorize work on the property and that the property will be reasonably accessible on the scheduled date. You agree to disclose any known hazards, pre-existing damage, or conditions that may affect the performance of services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Bright Curb Home Services website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Bright Curb Home Services and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
10. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party tools and platforms including but not limited to GoHighLevel for CRM and communications, Google for advertising and analytics, and payment processors. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Gwinnett County or Fulton County, Georgia.
