Not for most of it. We'll need access to the exterior and a point of contact for any questions that come up mid-job. We send photo updates throughout so you're never in the dark. You do need to be present for the final walkthrough. That's when we walk the job together and hand over your warranty document.

Yes. Every crew we work with carries their own general liability insurance at a minimum of $1M coverage. Bright Curb Home Services is also fully insured. You're protected on both ends.

For exterior painting, prep includes pressure washing the surface, scraping any loose or peeling paint, caulking gaps and seams, and priming where needed. Prep is where most contractors cut corners...and it's where we don't. Paint only holds as long as the surface underneath it.

Yes. Book any exterior paint job and we'll include a complimentary window wash (a $300 value). We also offer pressure washing and deck/fence staining as add-ons to any job. Bundling saves you a separate scheduling headache and often comes with a better price.

We monitor forecasts closely and schedule around weather when possible. Exterior painting requires dry conditions. We won't rush a job and risk adhesion issues. If weather pushes your timeline, we'll communicate that proactively and get you rescheduled as fast as possible.

We specialize in what we're best at. Exterior painting, pressure washing, deck staining, and window washing all require different equipment and expertise than interior work.
